The Centre supported the grassroots community organizations and cooperatives through training of young graduates and work as interns to lead the process of capacity-building and targeted institutions, where work on the training and qualification of young people of both sexes, of work cooperatives and worked with the cooperatives on a daily basis in their administrative and financial management and its economic development.  The presence of young graduates to the cooperatives as a channel of communication, in addition to their important role in the transfer of knowledge and information to the management of cooperative societies and charities ensuring business continuity in these associations even after leaving young graduates, for example by training the crews of the assemblies to the computerized accounting system computerized operational programmers and how to input data and output reports.
